Levoit Core 600S
Updated Nov 4, 2026 · Top Air purifiers
Best for A large room, if you can live with a loud top speed and a filter claim Levoit has narrowed.
The large-room Levoit, kept because a channel has retested the same unit after 3 years, not because every Levoit size belongs here. HouseFresh needed 60 minutes to clear PM1 at top speed in their room and estimated 375 CFM. An AHAM certificate from November 2024 lists a dust CADR of 398 CFM, which is a top-speed number and says nothing about noise. Top speed hit 62 dB. At the quieter speed near 46 dB it needed 32 minutes. Levoit sold this filter as H13 HEPA in 2022. HouseFresh says the current claim is HEPA only on sleep mode. The pre-filter is stuck to the cartridge, and the carbon layer is bonded to the particle layer, so you replace both when the carbon is used up.
