Best for Night use under the eyes, on top of moisturizer, if retinol does not sting you.
This is Neutrogena's 0.5 ounce eye cream in the Rapid Wrinkle Repair line. The tube never states a percent. The long period-after-opening that Michelle Wong described belongs to the face cream, so it does not transfer to this tube. Use a small amount at night, on top of a plain moisturizer. If the only problem is dryness, a cream without retinol is the calmer choice.
