Aestura Atobarrier 365 Cream
Updated Nov 8, 2026 · Top Face Moisturizers
Best for Dry to combination skin that wants a ceramide face cream and found the CeraVe tub too heavy or too greasy.
A Korean ceramide cream in a 2.7 oz tube, aimed at dry and sensitive skin. Aestura packs ceramides in visible capsules with fatty acids and cholesterol, and the listing says the formula is fragrance-free and accepted by the National Eczema Association. The tube also claims 120 hours of moisture. Consumer Reports staff tested it for one day and one night in 2026. Lisa Fogarty, who has combination skin, ranked it first of the creams she tried and said it sank in without looking greasy. Angela Lashbrook, who has dry skin, liked it and said she did not get the 120-hour claim: her skin felt lightly hydrated, not as soft as after Dieux Instant Angel. The test was too short to judge breakouts.
