A light, oil-free moisturizer for oily and combination skin. It goes on shiny and dries down matte. Wirecutter's 2026 wear test named it the oily-skin pick: 16 ingredients, ceramides and hyaluronic acid for water, niacinamide, and silica plus corn starch to take the shine off. Dr. Marisa Garshick, in a SELF guide, points to the same niacinamide and ceramide mix for acne-prone skin that still needs a barrier cream. The brand says the barrier is repaired after an hour. That figure is theirs. A HuffPost quote from Dr. Azadeh Shirazi mentions a micro-exfoliating acid. The ingredient list on the La Roche-Posay page does not show one. It shows silica, corn starch, and perlite. Skip it if your skin is dry. The regular Toleriane cream is the one on the face-moisturizer page, and it is a different formula.
